David is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a BSBA in Marketing. His career started with computer systems sales in the Cincinnati area. In 1994 David and his family moved to Hilton Head Island, SC where he began a career in the golfing industry. In 1998 he earned his Class A status with the PGA of America. He held the title of Head Golf Professional until April of 2007 when he decided to join the Sunbelt team. David is licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and South Carolina and brings a high level of customer service to the Savannah office. He and his wife Mary and two children reside in South Carolina.

Mr. Ed Pendarvis, CBI, is Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Sunbelt Network. He is a 1965 graduate of The Citadel, in Charleston, S.C. He served two years active duty in the United States Army Artillery. Mr. Pendarvis had a successful career in real estate sales and development before joining Sunbelt. Associated with Sunbelt since 1983, he has participated in or managed the sale of over 1,000 businesses. He has been a guest instructor in business brokerage for the Texas, Florida and California Association of Business Brokers, as well as the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Mr. Pendarvis is also a Real Estate Broker, a former member of the South Carolina Better Business Bureau Board of Directors and of the IBBA Board of Directors, where he served as membership chairman. Mr. Pendarvis was made a "fellow" in the IBBA, and he was awarded the prestigious Tom West Award in 2006 for his contribution to the IBBA and business brokerage industry. Based on his experiences, Pendarvis wrote a "how to" book, "Buying a Business to Secure Your Financial Freedom", and it was published by McGraw-Hill in 2005. Thousands of copies have been sold to folks interested in owning or selling their own business. Pendarvis also serves on The Citadel School of Business Administration Advisory Board and in 2007 was inducted into The Citadel Business School Hall of Fame. He received the state of South Carolina's highest civilian honor, "The Order of the Palmetto" from Governor James B. Edwards (R) in 1988 for work with the American Legion Palmetto Boys State Program and from Governor Richard W. Riley (D) in 1983 for work with the Board of the Juvenile Correction Institution. Married to the former Elaine Bowen of Charleston, SC. They have five beautiful daughters and six wonderful grandchildren.

Carroll attended Georgia Southern University where he successfully graduated with a degree in Public Relations. Carroll then spent sixteen years in the extended agri-business industry which afforded him the opportunity to purchase an insurance agency specializing in long-haul trucking in 1990. This lucrative agency focused on providing insurance for the robust trucking industry of Georgia. In 1999, Carroll purchased a second insurance agency that provided personal insurance to the local population. After profitably running these two agencies, he decided it was time to sell in 2006. Carroll's previous business experience in buying and selling has given him extensive knowledge and a great foundation as a Business Broker. Carroll has the expertise needed to successfully help business owner's and business buyers to effectively sell and buy profitable businesses as well. Carroll joined the Sunbelt team in December of 2007 after receiving his credentials as a business broker. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia. Carroll and his wife Carolyn have two daughters and two grandsons and live in Millen, Georgia.

Terry Huetter joined Sunbelt  after a 40 year career in financial  and operations management. A retired Certified Public Accountant, he worked for two of the former "big 8"firms.He has been a controller, CFO and COO. As an owner, executive and consultant he has participated in a number of start-ups as  well as both privately owned and public companies. His career also includes substantial experience in asset based lending. Terry's industry experience ranges from manufacturing,  packaging and industrial automation to high technology, real estate and service businesses. He has participated in the buying and selling of businesses on both sides of transaction in addition to acting as an intermediary. He holds a South Carolina real estate sales license. Dean is a licensed Business Broker in the State of Georgia, Married, the father of two children and has three grandchildren. Dean is a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, The Coastal Jazz Association, The Telfair Museum of Art, and The Savannah Folk Music Society.
